About the job AsWorkforce Enablement Tech Lead, you will own the technical direction,standards, and evolution of TDC NET’s digital workplace services. You will beaccountable for shaping and continuously improving endpoint and desktop acrossphysical devices and virtual environments. Acting as the bridge betweeninfrastructure leadership and engineering teams, you will translate strategicdirection into robust, scalable, and user-centric technical solutions. Keyresponsibilities:

Own and continuously improve Workforce Enablement services aligned with enterprise infrastructure and digital workplace strategy

Define technical strategy, architecture, and standards across endpoints and desktops.

Lead delivery of secure desktop environments across physical laptops and VDI platforms (Citrix, VMware Horizon, Azure Virtual Desktop, KASM) for Windows and Linux

Manage endpoint lifecycle, security, and compliance using Microsoft Intune, including applications and configuration policies

Lead and mentor engineering teams to ensure reliable, user-focused service delivery

About you You are motivated by transformation and change, and this you combine with:

Extensive experience in endpoint management and automationusing Microsoft Intune and PowerShell

Hands-on expertise with VDI platforms such as Citrix, VMware Horizon, Azure Virtual Desktop, and KASM

Understanding of endpoint security and compliance, including Conditional Access, Microsoft Defender, and Zero Trust

Experience with Windows and Linux desktop environments in enterprise setups

Experience leading technical engineers and working with cross-functional IT teams
