As our new CD, you’ll help set that tone across the studio, leading both art direction and copywriting teams to raise the bar on every brief.

Who we think you are Whatever your background, you’re probably an art director who’s spent real time leading creative work and creative teams in pharma and life science – and who still gets a kick out of a good brief. What’s really important is that you are:

Backed by 10+ years of art direction within pharma and life science advertising

Strong leadership experience managing creative teams

Someone who shares our philosophy of “ballet in a phone booth” – that meaningful, surprising, and beautiful solutions can be created within the confines of the industry

Able to translate difficult briefs into strong creative solutions across channels and asset types

Experienced leading both art direction and copywriting teams

A strong conceptual thinker

In possession of a portfolio demonstrating award-winning work

Comfortable presenting and being client-facing – this one’s necessary

Experienced working within different disease and therapeutic areas
