Job Description

Key Responsibilities Develop and update menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences

Manage food inventory and ensure cost‑effective purchasing

Train and supervise kitchen staff including cooks, sous‑chefs and dishwashers

Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene

Collaborate with management to create new dishes or improve existing ones

Ensure compliance with food safety regulations

Requirements Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fine dining establishment

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team

In‑depth knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients and kitchen equipment

Excellent communication skills to liaise with staff, management and suppliers

Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment

Degree in Culinary Arts or relevant field is preferred

This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$ per month. We offer free visa sponsorship and airfare for non‑local candidates.
