Danish-Speaking Customer Service Representative – Lisbon, Portugal Are you a Danish speaker looking for an exciting international career opportunity? Join our team in Lisbon, Portugal and take the next step in your career abroad!

Relocation is possible for candidates currently living outside Portugal.

Your Responsibilities Assist customers by phone, email, or chat

Answer customer questions and provide appropriate solutions

Handle requests and resolve issues professionally

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Follow established procedures and quality standards

Work in an international and multicultural environment

Requirements Fluent/native-level Danish

Good level of English

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-oriented mindset

Comfortable using computers and digital tools

Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Motivation to relocate and work in Portugal
