Coalesce Management Consulting is looking for AI Development Integration Engineers to work with enterprise customers on AI-assisted software development projects. You'll be embedded with customer engineering teams, helping implement and integrate an agentic development tool into large multinational enterprise organisations.
Responsibilities
Integrate an agentic development tool into customer engineering environments
Work with enterprise engineering teams to adopt and scale new AI-assisted development workflows
Integrate AI agents into the software development life cycle, including testing, documentation and CI/CD
Build observability, feedback loops and evaluation mechanisms for agents
Support mentoring, upskilling and workshops with client engineers
Work across complex legacy systems and connected platforms
Requirements
Strong software engineering background (.NET/C#, Python or similar)
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development, LLM integration or AI agents
Cloud / hybrid infrastructure experience
CI/CD, Git and GitHub Actions experience
Customer-facing consulting or embedded engineering experience
Comfortable working in large, complex enterprise environments
