Experience 10 years in backend development, including 5 years with Django

Key Responsibilities Lead the development of backend systems using Django/Databricks. Design and implement scalable, secure APIs and microservices architecture. Integrate Azure Cloud services for application deployment and management. Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions. Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers. Optimize database performance and manage data storage (SQL and NoSQL). Ensure high performance and security standards; participate in architecture design and technical decision making. Core Skills Python and Django (expert); RESTful APIs and web services Microservices architecture design and implementation Azure Cloud services (hands-on); containerization with Docker and Kubernetes SQL/NoSQL databases, Git, Agile methodologies Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Must-have (per requisition):

Microservices, Python, Cloud Computing.

Good to have:

Azure Databricks, Delta Lake and Delta tables, PySpark.

Bachelor's in computer science/IT or related field.
