Role
As a new member of the Global Rewards Team, you will work closely with the Head of Rewards and the team to design and conceptualise incentive schemes, collaborating with colleagues across several teams in CIP. The role focuses on creating sharp, impactful PowerPoint materials, driving team priorities, and contributing to the strategic direction of the team. The position is primarily based in Copenhagen, with London–based candidates also welcome.

Define and deliver the overall global rewards strategy for CIP together with the Global Rewards Team
Design and conceptualise incentive schemes together with the team
Develop high‑quality PowerPoint presentations and communication materials that clearly convey complex topics to senior stakeholders
Improve team processes, ways of working and project structure to support effective execution across the Global Rewards Team
Participate in delivering reward and incentive schemes within our annual cycle
Support strategic priorities and contribute to shaping how Global Rewards communicates and executes across key initiatives

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in creating high‑quality PowerPoint presentations
Results‑driven, high execution orientation, and focused on effective problem solving and clear communication
Effective project leadership skills with experience delivering complex projects in collaboration with multiple stakeholders
Self‑starter with a structured and disciplined approach, capable of connecting the dots independently and thriving in a fast‑paced environment
