IT Administrator: Keeping a High-Performance Trading Firm Running at Full Speed

A technology-driven firm based in Copenhagen is looking for a Systems Administrator to join their growing Tech team. This isn't a ticket-closing support role. It's an opportunity to take ownership of the infrastructure that underpins a business where uptime, performance and precision matter every single day.

What You'll Do:

Support the Business – Provide end-user support across software, hardware and day-to-day IT operations, helping engineers stay productive.

Build & Maintain Infrastructure – Configure and maintain Windows and Linux workstations and servers across both test and production environments.

Keep Everything Connected – Manage and support internal and external networking, primarily built around Juniper infrastructure.

Automate the Routine – Improve and automate infrastructure using technologies including PowerShell, Bash, Active Directory, Docker and Ansible.

Protect Critical Systems – Execute, validate and maintain backup processes while contributing to infrastructure projects alongside the Senior Systems Administrator.

The Team:

You’ll join a close-knit team of around 20 software engineers in an informal environment where technical discussion is encouraged and ownership is expected. You’ll work closely with developers, quantitative analysts and traders, with the freedom to prioritise your work, influence technical decisions and continuously improve the environment around you.

What They’re Looking For:

2–5 years of systems administration experience

Experience with PowerShell and/or Bash scripting

Comfortable balancing proactive infrastructure work with user-facing support

Ability to work across Windows and Linux environments

Nice to have: experience with Active Directory, Juniper networking, Docker and Ansible
