Architecture Manager

An architecture firm in Esbjerg is seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to oversee and manage projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture as well as experience in project management and team leadership.

Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of architects, designers and engineers

Oversee all phases of project development including planning, design, construction and budgeting

Ensure projects are completed within deadlines and budget constraints

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements

Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure quality standards are met

Conduct regular site visits to ensure projects are meeting design specifications

Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field

Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role

Strong knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, materials and construction techniques

Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software

Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary: $1500 per month

Location: Esbjerg
