Risk Coordinator — Pharmaceutical CQV Project

On-Site in Hillerod

The Role

As Risk Coordinator, you'll act as the daily coordinator and task manager for Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) across a large-scale Commissioning, Qualification and Validation (CQV) project. You'll be a visible, hands‑on presence on site — facilitating risk assessments, reviewing method statements, and working closely with Electrical, Mechanical LOTO, and Permit to Work (PTW) Coordinators to ensure safe execution of commissioning and qualification activities.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage daily RAMS activities across multiple workstreams

Conduct low and medium risk assessments; support high‑risk assessments

Maintain strong site visibility, including EHS walks beyond risk‑specific activities

Review and provide technical input into method statements and safe systems of work

Support Work Stream Leads in identifying, evaluating, and mitigating operational, process safety, and EHS risks during Turnover and CQV

Participate in daily work coordination and planning meetings

Support review of PTW documentation, risk assessments, and method statements

Monitor and verify the quality and completeness of risk management and Control of Work (CoW) documentation

Promote a strong safety culture and drive continuous improvement across the project

What We're Looking For

Pharmaceutical project experience during Commissioning, Qualification and Validation (CQV) and/or startup phases

Solid background in Process Safety Management (PSM), including hazard identification and risk reduction methodologies

Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulatory and EHS expectations within GMP environments

Experience with digital project data management platforms (e.g. EIDA or equivalent)

Experience supporting multidisciplinary construction, commissioning, and turnover teams

B.Sc./M.Sc. in Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) or a closely related discipline
