We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Esbjerg. As a Computer Support Specialist you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining computer systems and networks.
Responsibilities Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or in person
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops and other devices
Install and configure new computer systems, peripherals and software
Maintain and monitor computer networks for performance and security
Perform regular maintenance and updates on computer systems
Keep accurate records of all technical support requests and resolutions
Train users on basic computer skills and proper use of equipment
Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues
Requirements Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
Knowledge of hardware components, operating systems, networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques
Ability to communicate technical information in laymans terms
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred
Salary: 1800$ per month. Location: Esbjerg, Denmark. Full-time position with accommodation provided.
