NTI Group is a Global leading Autodesk partner operating across 15 markets in EMEA and Brazil. Alongside our Autodesk business and professional services, we sell selected third-party software solutions, develop our own software products, and collaborate with a broad ecosystem of technology partners.
We are looking for a commercially driven and internationally minded 3rd Party Product Manager to take ownership of NTI Group's portfolio of third-party software products across all countries.
The role As our Global 3rd Party Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the commercial success of all non-Autodesk and non-NTI software products across the Group.
You will act as the key link between software vendors, distributors, local country teams, and NTI Group leadership, ensuring alignment on vendor partnerships, go-to-market activities, pipeline development, and business performance.
Success in the role requires strong stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and the ability to build an engaged international community around third-party product.
Key responsibilities Vendor & Portfolio Management Act as the primary NTI Group contact for third-party vendors and distributors.
Coordinate vendor agreements, renewals, and partnership activities across the Group.
Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and drive follow-up actions.
Maintain an aligned and prioritized third-party product portfolio.
Go-to-Market & Business Growth Develop and execute global go-to-market plans for strategic third-party products.
Translate vendor strategies into commercial initiatives across NTI countries.
Support local sales teams in pipeline development, opportunity management, and sales execution.
Identify growth opportunities and drive adoption across markets.
Performance & Governance Monitor KPIs, including pipeline, revenue, margin, partner status, and attach rates.
Ensure compliance with vendor requirements, certifications, and partner programs.
Provide business insights and performance reporting to Group leadership.
Community & Knowledge Sharing Build and facilitate a strong network of local third-party leads across NTI countries.
Share best practices, commercial insights, and product knowledge.
Ensure consistent messaging and enablement materials are available across markets.
Your profile Required experience Minimum 5 years of experience within product management, partner management, channel management, vendor management, or software sales.
Proven experience working with software vendors, partner programs, and commercial agreements.
Experience developing and executing go-to-market plans across multiple countries or regions.
Strong understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, and business performance metrics.
Fluent English communication skills.
Preferred experience Experience from the software, AEC, manufacturing, or design technology industries.
Familiarity with Autodesk and adjacent software ecosystems.
Experience working in international matrix organizations.
Knowledge of CRM and BI tools for partner and pipeline management.
