About The Role

We are looking for a Tech Lead who enjoys solving complex technical challenges while partnering closely with the Engineering Manager to enable engineers and teams to do their best work. If you’re passionate about building scalable software, driving technical excellence, and fostering a high‑performing engineering culture, we’d love to hear from you.

You will join a cross‑functional product squad where engineers, product managers, and designers collaborate to solve meaningful customer problems. As Tech Lead, you will guide the technical direction of the squad while remaining hands‑on in development. You will also help the team adopt AI‑enabled engineering and product development practices responsibly, ensuring AI accelerates delivery while the team maintains ownership, quality and accountability for the solutions it builds.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead the technical direction of your product squad while contributing hands‑on to software development.

Guide architectural decisions and promote engineering best practices across the team.

Build scalable, reliable, and secure software that delivers business value.

Partner closely with Product Managers to balance technical excellence with business priorities.

Mentor and support fellow engineers through coaching, knowledge sharing, and technical guidance.

Collaborate with Engineering Managers and other Tech Leads to continuously improve our engineering practices.

Champion AI‑enabled software engineering practices, fostering a culture where AI is used to accelerate delivery and innovation, while ensuring the team remains accountable for engineering excellence, product quality and customer outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

Experience as a Tech Lead, or similar technical leadership role.

Strong software architecture and system design experience.

Experience building scalable cloud‑based (preferably AWS) and distributed systems.

Experience working with .NET and C#, relational and No‑SQL databases.

Familiarity with observability, monitoring and operational excellence.

Knowledge of microservices and event‑driven systems.

A passion for software craftsmanship and the judgment to make pragmatic technical decisions that balance maintainability, quality, delivery speed and business value.

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.

Experience mentoring and coaching other engineers.

A pragmatic and responsible approach to GenAI, understanding its limitations and risks, and actively establishing guardrails (e.g. reviews, testing, policies) to ensure safe, compliant and scalable use in production environments.

Experience working in agile product teams.
