Your Role Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting passengers with flight reservations and booking changes

Helping customers understand ticket conditions, fees and airline policies

Processing refunds and reservation updates

Providing travel and flight information

Supporting travel agencies and corporate partners

Working with airline reservation and booking systems

Delivering the level of service expected from a premium international airline

You'll receive training before you're expected to know the systems, so previous airline experience isn't required.

Requirements We're looking for someone who:

Speaks Danish fluently (C1+)

Has a good level of English

Enjoys helping and communicating with people

Is comfortable learning new systems

Is adaptable and open to an international environment

Is genuinely interested in living and working in Greece
