As a Junior Data Mining Analyst you will be responsible for extracting valuable insights and patterns from large datasets Your main task will be to assist senior analysts in data collection cleaning and analysis using various tools and techniques You will also be involved in developing data mining models and algorithms to improve business operations and decision-making processes This role is ideal for students or individuals without prior experience in the field of data mining as it provides an opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities Assist senior analysts in collecting cleaning and organizing large datasets
Use data mining tools such as SQL Python and R to analyze data and identify patterns
Develop data mining models and algorithms to support business operations
Present findings and insights to stakeholders using visualizations and reports
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
Stay updated on industry trends and new techniques in data mining
Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science Mathematics Statistics or related field students are welcome to apply
Knowledge of SQL Python R or other programming languages used for data analysis
Familiarity with statistical concepts such as regression analysis clustering etc
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Good communication skills with the ability to present technical information in a clear manner
Location Odense open to remote work
Salary 1800$ per month negotiable based on qualifications
