Job Description

We are looking for someone with a background in the aviation industry. Experience handling aircraft parts and components, familiarity with airworthiness documentation, and an understanding of the strict quality and traceability standards our sector demands is a requirement.

Founded four years ago, Corax is a young and ambitious company with a growing presence in the aviation industry. We’re currently a close-knit team of 11 employees. As our Warehouse Assistant, you’ll play a key role in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly, from receiving and handling aviation parts to preparing shipments and supporting day-to-day logistics.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys structure, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a dynamic environment. You can expect to work on a broad range of tasks, from receiving and inspecting incoming goods to picking and packing orders, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring parts are handled and stored according to aviation industry standards. If you’re looking for a workplace where your attention to detail makes a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

Receive, inspect, and register incoming goods, ensuring documentation matches shipments and quality standards are met.

Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with aviation handling requirements.

Maintain organized and accurate inventory records in our ERP warehouse management system.

Handle and store aviation parts and components in accordance with relevant industry regulations and safety procedures.

Coordinate with freight forwarders and couriers to arrange pickups and deliveries.

Conduct regular stock counts and help identify and resolve discrepancies.

Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

Assist with general warehouse and administrative tasks as needed.

What we hope you bring to the team

Prior experience working in a warehouse or logistics role within the aviation industry.

Familiarity with handling aviation parts, components, or documentation (e.g. certificates of conformity, airworthiness paperwork) is a strong advantage.

Experience with Quantum or similar ERP/component control software is preferred.

Good proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

The ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a small team.

A proactive, detail‑oriented, and reliable mindset, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Physical ability to lift and move goods as part of daily warehouse tasks.

A valid forklift certification is required.

Our offer

Career Advancement: Opportunities to grow within a fast-scaling, global company.

Global Exposure: Be part of a diverse international team and contribute to projects across continents, gaining valuable experience and insights.

Supportive Work Culture: Enjoy a collaborative environment where reliability, initiative, and individual contributions are valued.
