Key Responsibilities Operate various excavators and other heavy equipment according to project requirements

Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints to ensure accurate excavation and grading

Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure safe operation

Safely maneuver equipment in tight spaces and around obstacles while maintaining productivity

Communicate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and completion of projects on schedule

Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures at all times

Requirements Previous experience as an Excavator Operator or similar role in the construction industry

Valid license or certification to operate heavy equipment in Denmark

Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints

Physically fit with the ability to perform manual labor as needed

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Excellent communication skills in both English and Danish
