Computer Support Specialist

A reputable IT company located in Kolding is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team.

As a Computer Support Specialist you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients.

Your primary duties will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues installing and configuring computer systems and maintaining network infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer systems excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field

Strong knowledge of computer hardware software and network systems

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must be able to provide efficient and timely technical support

Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or C++ is preferred but not required

Responsibilities Troubleshoot hardware software and network issues for clients

Install new computer systems or components as needed

Configure software programs according to client needs

Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise

Provide technical support via phone email or in-person as needed

Maintain accurate records of all support activities

Communicate technical information in laymans terms for non-technical users

Collaborate with team members on projects and share knowledge to improve overall support services
