DevOps Engineer – TS/SCI with Full Scope PolygraphSalary: $145,000 - $230,000 per yearLocation: Annapolis Junction, MDMinimum Degree:Relocation Assistance: Not AvailableResponsibilitiesDeploy and support applications in complex production environments.Install, configure, monitor, and maintain software and infrastructure.Manage network servers and related technology tools.Monitor systems to ensure required levels of availability and performance.Troubleshoot system issues, outages, and application deployment problems.Support DevOps automation, infrastructure provisioning, and continuous integration/deployment initiatives.Work collaboratively with development, infrastructure, and technical teams supporting modernization efforts.Required Technical SkillsLinuxAWSMASH and virtual machines (VMs)Docker and Docker ComposeDocker SwarmGitLab CI/CD or similar distributed application deployment experienceTerraform scripting and VM provisioningAnsible scripting and developmentGitDesired SkillsPython scripting and developmentNiFi maintenance and configurationElasticsearch maintenance and configurationJava/Spring Boot, particularly troubleshooting application error logsHAProxyMongoDBQualificationsDevOps, Systems Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or related experience.Opportunities are available across multiple experience levels, including Senior and Lead-level positions.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively within a collaborative technical environment.Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph is required.
