Release Manager

Festina is looking for a Release Manager who can ensure stable, predictable and high-quality releases across our platforms. If you enjoy creating structure, optimizing processes and driving cross-team alignment, this role puts you at the center of our delivery engine.

As a Release Manager, you will: Own and continuously improve Festina’s release processes and quality

Together with your colleagues ensure that releases are planned, coordinated and executed with high quality

Create clarity, structure and predictability across teams and stakeholders

Secure close collaboration with our partners who also do releases for our customers.

Safeguard compliance, documentation and governance

You become the person who together with your colleagues and partners ensures that releases run smoothly, risks are managed, and everyone knows what is happening, when and why.

How you will work You will join Festina’s Service & Delivery organization and collaborate closely with development, operations, test management, project managers and partners. You will work across both Festina-led and partner-led releases, ensuring consistency, transparency and quality in all delivery setups.

What you will do Plan, coordinate and execute releases across products and customer setups

Maintain and optimize release processes, documentation and governance

Ensure clear communication to customers, partners and internal teams

Drive progress on release-related tasks, dependencies and risks

Facilitate readiness checks, quality gates and structured follow-up

Align development, operations, service delivery and partner teams

Secure close collaboration with our partners

Who you are Experienced in release management, test & service delivery

Strong at creating structure, overview and predictable processes

Comfortable coordinating many stakeholders and keeping momentum

Clear and professional communicator, also on complex topics

Naturally oriented towards governance, documentation and continuous improvement

Experience from the financial sector is an advantage
