As a part-time moderator you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online communities ensuring their safety and compliance with community guidelines Your main duties will include reviewing user-generated content responding to user inquiries and reports and enforcing community guidelines through appropriate action You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently while adhering to strict deadlines Previous experience in moderating online communities is preferred A biometric passport is required for this position Salary $1200month based on 20 hoursweek Location Remote with occasional in-person meetings in Randers

Responsibilities Monitor online communities for inappropriate content and behavior

Review user-generated content for compliance with community guidelines

Respond to user inquiries and reports in a timely manner

Enforce community guidelines through appropriate action such as removing or blocking users

Keep track of community activity and report any issues or trends to the team

Collaborate with other moderators to ensure consistency in enforcing rules and maintaining a positive community atmosphere

Attend occasional in-person meetings in Randers for training or team building purposes

Requirements Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Familiarity with social media platforms and online communities

Previous experience moderating online communities is preferred

Must have a biometric passport for identification purposes
