Job Description

We are a reputable construction company based in Herning and we are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team As a Carpenter you will be responsible for constructing installing and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood plywood and wallboard This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per week and accommodation provided

Key Responsibilities Measure cut shape and join materials made of wood or other materials such as drywall and plastic

Read and interpret blueprints drawings or specifications to determine the layout of the project

Install structures and fixtures such as windows frames floorings trimmings using hand or power tools

Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures as needed

Finish surfaces by sanding staining or painting

Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role in the construction industry

Excellent knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods including framing finishing and cabinetry

Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately

Good understanding of safety procedures and regulations

Physical stamina and manual dexterity for working with hand tools for extended periods of time

Own set of basic carpentry tools is preferred
