Job Description

Twoday is looking for an analytically strong Quality & Test Specialist to join a public sector modernisation programme. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality and reliability of complex digital systems through structured validation, data-driven quality practices, and the use of AI‑assisted testing methods.

The programme focuses on modernising a large and complex system landscape while exploring how AI technologies can support development, testing, documentation, and quality assurance in a controlled and responsible way.

You will work closely with developers, architects, domain experts, and quality specialists to ensure that solutions behave correctly across systems and comply with regulatory requirements.

Your role

As a Quality & Test Specialist, you will work with analysis, validation, and quality processes across the development lifecycle. Your focus will be on ensuring that systems function correctly across integrations, data flows, and business processes.

Your responsibilities may include:

Reviewing and validating AI‑generated test scenarios and documentation

Establishing test coverage based on rules, requirements, legislation, and business processes

Contributing to early defect prevention and continuous quality improvement throughout the development process

Analysing system integrations, dependencies, and data flows across the system landscape

Supporting end-to-end quality assurance in complex modernisation initiatives

Working with AI‑assisted tools to support test generation, data validation, and documentation

Collaborating with developers, release teams, and other quality roles to strengthen quality across the delivery pipeline

Ensuring traceability between requirements, test coverage, data, and system behaviour

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with quality, structure, and modern development practices, and who is curious about how AI can support testing and development workflows.

Ideally, you have experience with several of the following:

Experience with testing, quality assurance, or system validation in complex solutions

Ability to translate business rules, processes, and user journeys into structured test coverage

Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, X‑Ray, or similar

Understanding of CI/CD processes and modern development workflows

Insight into system integrations, data flows, and dependencies between systems

Interest in or experience with AI‑assisted development, testing, or documentation

You do not necessarily need to write test automation code yourself – your strength lies in analysis, structure, and quality thinking, while AI‑assisted tools contribute to generating and supporting test materials.

Fluent Danish Is Required.

What we offer
