Junior Game Developer
We are a fast-growing game development company based in Esbjerg, seeking a talented and passionate Junior Game Developer to join our team. As a Junior Game Developer, you will be responsible for assisting in the creation and development of new games from conceptualization to launch. You will work closely with our team of experienced developers, artists, and designers to bring innovative and engaging gaming experiences to life.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development or related field
Strong knowledge of programming languages such as C++, C#, Java, or Python
Experience with game engines such as Unity or Unreal
Proficiency in 2D/3D graphics and animation
Familiarity with game design principles and mechanics
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
Assist in the development of new games from start to finish
Collaborate with team members on game design concepts, mechanics, and features
Write clean, efficient code for gameplay elements such as player controls, AI behavior, etc.
Implement 2D/3D graphics and animations into games using appropriate software tools
Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize game performance for different platforms
Keep up‑to‑date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Salary: $1400 per month (with accommodation provided)
Location: Esbjerg (with own visa required)
