Civil Engineer

We are excited to offer a contract position for a skilled Civil Engineer in the Faroe Islands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and experience in project management.

Responsibilities Manage all stages of construction projects from planning to completion.

Conduct site investigations and prepare reports.

Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations and other legal requirements.

Review and approve project designs, plans and specifications.

Collaborate with contractors, architects and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.

Prepare project estimates, budgets and schedules.

Resolve any issues or problems that may arise during construction.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Minimum of 3 years experience in civil engineering or construction project management.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials and methods.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Proficient in project management software such as AutoCAD or MS Project.

Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.

Salary This is a contract position with a salary of $1,000 per month. Visa sponsorship will also be provided for the selected candidate.

Location This position is located in the beautiful Faroe Islands. While nationality is not a strict requirement, candidates must be eligible to work in this location.
