Service Technician

Overview

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Service Engineer to join our Service team in Denmark. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heat pumps at customer sites, ensuring high technical quality, safety and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Repairing or replacing defective components to ensure safe and optimal system performance

Completing service, maintenance, and technical documentation accurately and on time

Communicating clearly and professionally with customers and installers

Collaborating with internal departments to resolve technical issues

Ensuring all work complies with safety standards, manufacturer guidelines, and local regulations

Reporting to the Regional Service Manager and working closely with customers and internal stakeholders.

Preferred start date as soon as possible; working directly from your home base and primarily covering customers across Jutland.

Qualifications

Technical certification with Refrigeration

Proven experience servicing heat pumps and gas appliances

Clear communication with customers

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks

Valid driver’s license

Fluent in spoken and written Danish and basic level English

Comfortable using mobile devices (tablet or laptop) for digital service reports and documentation
