Job Description

We build the KeyShot, one of the leading 3D rendering products in the world, used across product design, engineering, marketing, and manufacturing to visualize and communicate ideas even before they're real. Used by companies like Google, Rolex, Louis Vuitton, HP, Microsoft, Philips, Adidas, and many more.

You'll be joining our cross functional web team, that builds the web services that expand KeyShot Studio for its users — powering collaboration, effective workflows, and the infrastructure that lets people work with renderings the way that suits them. We're growing this team to keep pushing that experience forward.

What you'll do

Design and set up AI workflows for implementing backend services in TypeScript, running on AWS

Retain high quality in an increasingly AI-driven development process - having strong review practices and keep tests quality.

Work within a microservice architecture, building services that are reliable and observable

Own your code through our CI/CD pipelines, and treat our test suite as a first‑class part of the job

Build the services that give KeyShot users and collaborators smooth, reliable workflows - from SSO, integrations with Studio, Cloud Rendering to collaboration features

Collaborate closely with your team - reviewing code, finding solutions, share your insights and taking shared ownership of outcomes rather than working in solitude

What we're looking for

Experience designing and running AI-driven development workflows - using agentic coding tools (like Claude Code) to build and ship real production software

A track record of keeping quality high while working AI‑first: reviewing, verifying, and course‑correcting AI‑generated code rather than accepting it at face value

Solid experience with TypeScript in a backend context

Experience with AWS cloud services and cloud architecture best practices (Infrastructure as Code like CDK, CloudFormation, or Terraform is a plus)

Comfort working in a microservice architecture - working with serverless and event‑driven application design (Lambda, DynamoDB, or similar)

Experience with CI/CD and a genuine belief that a strong automated test suite is the foundation for moving quickly on top of a robust foundation

A collaborative, self‑driven working style - we don't manage tightly, but we rely on people to bring initiative and support their teammates in equal measure

You're past needing close guidance on how to do the job, and you're looking for a team where your judgment is trusted

Professional working proficiency in English, written and spoken - our colleagues come from all over the world and English is our primary working language

What you'll join

You'll join a 8 person team of backend, frontend, and QA engineers, most based in our Aarhus Office, building the web services around KeyShot. We run flat and self‑driven, valuing finding the solutions as a team. We back your development with real structure: biweekly 1:1s and an ongoing growth plan, so you keep developing.

Beyond the work, we offer health insurance, good maternity leave terms and a pension program as standard.

On top of that:

lunch scheme

massage

foosball

regular social events

We are looking for candidates based in Aarhus, Odense, or Copenhagen.
