Part-Time Interpreter

Profession Interpreter City Aalborg Denmark A reputable language services company is seeking a skilled and experienced Part-Time Interpreter to join our team in Aalborg Denmark This role is perfect for someone looking for a flexible schedule and the opportunity to use their language skills in a professional setting As an Interpreter you will be responsible for facilitating communication between non-English speaking clients and English-speaking individuals You will interpret conversations meetings and documents accurately and efficiently using your fluency in both languages Your main goal will be to ensure effective communication and understanding between all parties involved

Key Responsibilities Provide accurate interpretation services during meetings conferences and other events

Translate written documents from one language to another

Maintain confidentiality and impartiality at all times

Understand cultural differences and adapt interpretation accordingly

Build rapport with clients to establish trust and facilitate communication

Utilize industry-specific terminology when necessary

Handle challenging situations with professionalism and sensitivity

Requirements Fluency in English and at least one other language preferably Danish

Proven experience as an interpreter or translator

Excellent oral communication skills in both languages

Strong understanding of cultural differences and the ability to adapt accordingly

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

Flexibility to work on weekends or outside of regular business hours if needed

We offer competitive compensation of 1800$ per month for part-time work as well as opportunities for career growth within our expanding company

As this is a part-time position accommodation will not be provided

However we do offer free visa sponsorship for the selected candidate
