The Network and Systems Administrator will be responsible for the installation maintenance and support of all network and computer systems in our companys offices in Copenhagen They will work closely with the IT team to ensure the smooth functioning of all systems troubleshoot any issues that arise and implement new solutions to improve efficiency This position requires experience in network administration strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates
Responsibilities Install and configure network hardware software and peripherals
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
Maintain network security through regular updates and backups
Collaborate with IT team to implement new technologies and solutions
Provide technical support to employees regarding network and system issues
Create documentation for network processes and procedures
Requirements Minimum of 2 years experience in network administration or related field
Proficiency in networking protocols including TCPIP DNS DHCP
Experience with Cisco switches routers firewalls and wireless access points
Strong knowledge of Windows Server operating systems 200820122016
Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
Certifications such as CCNA or MCSE
Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure
Location Copenhagen visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates Salary $1000 USD per month negotiable based on experience
