Logistics Specialist

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Coordinating daily operations in collaboration with our distribution partners

Responding to customer inquiries, both internal and external, via email and phone

Order processing in our ERP system, Navision

Developing and optimising processes in collaboration with the rest of the team

Matching received invoices with goods in stock and reconciling complaint cases with attachments in our system (EDI)

Optimising the return and claims process, workflows, daily operations, etc.

What we’re looking for:

Capable of juggling multiple tasks simultaneously

Structured and that you have a result‑oriented approach to tasks

Thrive in a company with a dynamic and ever‑changing environment

Have great communication skills in Danish and English – both written and orally

Additionally, it’s certainly a huge plus if you know a bit of other Nordic languages (but it’s definitely not a must)
