As a Services Engineer, you will play a crucial role in evolving our maintenance strategies to enhance the reliability and performance of our systems. You will work closely with diverse teams across the business (Operations, Sourcing, Industrial), optimizing maintenance plans, and much more.

Your responsibilities will include integrating data from operations to improve our services and assisting in the implementation of advanced diagnostic tools such as trainscanner functionalities.

What We’re Looking For:

Active participation in the Services Engineering network

Innovation through R&D programs and new technologies in maintenance project (IT train, Simulator, HealthHub)

Analysis of data from Operations to perform experience-based train improvements and Optimize maintenance tasks.

Support in developing work instructions and processes from maintenance plans and manuals.

Efficient parts codification in accordance with Platform rules, configuration and quality standards

Implementation of product modifications and manage configuration to enhance reliability and serviceability

Active Help desk support to ensure smooth traffic operation

About You

We believe that passion and attitude are more important than experience. While we don’t expect you to have every skill, here are some that will help you succeed and grow in this role:

Degree in Engineering or a related field

Experience or understanding of train technology and maintenance operations in the railway or similar industry.

Knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) and continuous improvement methodologies

Familiarity with technical documentation management and maintenance planning

Strong analytical skills to assess and optimize maintenance processes

Proactive approach to safety and obsolescence management
