Architecture Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Aalborg.

As an Architecture Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of architectural projects from planning and design to construction and completion. Your role will involve managing a team of architects, engineers, and other professionals as well as collaborating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of architects and other professionals

Develop project plans and budgets and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle

Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and progress

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements

Coordinate with contractors, engineers and other professionals to ensure timely completion of projects

Review architectural drawings for accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations

Oversee the selection of materials, finishes and furnishings for projects

Ensure that all designs are sustainable, functional and aesthetically pleasing

Requirements Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture or a similar role

Proven experience in managing architectural projects from conception to completion

Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations and sustainability practices

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp or similar design software

Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors and team members

Salary: $1300 per month negotiable based on experience.

Location: Aalborg. Accommodation not provided.
