We are hiring a skilled and experienced Teamlead to join our dynamic team in Aarhus As the Teamlead you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of professionals to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality results The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a leadership role strong project management skills and excellent communication abilities This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ suitable for men with accommodation provided
Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve project goals
Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
Develop project plans timelines and budgets
Communicate with clients stakeholders and team members effectively
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Mentor and train team members to enhance their skills and performance
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution
Requirements Bachelors degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership role
Proven track record of successful project management
Excellent communication problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proficient in project management tools such as Asana or Trello
