Student Worker – Proposal & Process Improvement (Engineering) Location: Denmark

Part-time (Student Position)

About The Role We are looking for a structured and proactive Student Worker to support our Proposal Management team in Solutions Delivery. In this role, you will work closely with experienced colleagues on technical proposals and internal process improvements, gaining hands-on experience in how engineering projects are shaped from early-stage opportunities to execution.

Your Key Responsibilities Contribute to standardization and improvement of proposal processes and tools

Help analyse data and identify opportunities for efficiency and quality improvements

Maintain and improve templates, tools, and internal documentation

Collaborate with engineering, sales, and project teams

Support preparation of technical and commercial proposals

Assist with costing, documentation, and proposal coordination

Your Profile Currently studying a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Engineering, or similar

Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset

Interest in process optimisation and continuous improvement

Structured, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Good communication skills in English (Danish is a plus)

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

Being able to come to the office in Silkeborg 1-2 times a week
