Production Lead

Position Overview Help shape the future of aquaculture at BioMar Tech Center, where ideas quickly become reality. As the new Production & Process Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring that innovation can be turned into safe, efficient and reliable production. You will work at the intersection of production, process technology and R&D, helping bridge the gap between development and execution.

Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage daily pilot production activities

Optimize process parameters and support extrusion technology development

Lead and support operators in daily operations

Troubleshoot technical and operational challenges

Ensure safe, stable and efficient execution of trials and production activities

Qualifications Experience from feed, food or process industries

Knowledge of extrusion technology, pilot production or processing equipment

Ability to coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders

Structured and solution‑oriented approach to daily operations

Strong communication skills and commitment to safety

Experience from aquafeed production, pilot plants or R&D environments is an advantage
