We are hiring a skilled and experienced Loader Operator to join our team in Esbjerg.
In this role you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load and unload materials at construction sites. Your main duties will include safely operating the loader, performing routine maintenance on the equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized worksite.
Responsibilities Operate the loader safely and efficiently to load and unload materials at construction sites.
Perform daily maintenance checks on the equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
Report any malfunctions or issues with the equipment to the supervisor immediately.
Maintain a clean and organized worksite by removing debris and keeping materials properly stored.
Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating the loader.
Communicate with other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure productivity.
Requirements High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of experience operating loaders or similar heavy machinery.
Ability to read and understand instructions, blueprints, and diagrams.
Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols strictly.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
