Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of up to 5 employees, nurturing a collaborative and innovative work environment. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members for project success and career development.

Take the lead in designing, planning, and executing innovative projects, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, external partners, developers, product managers, and other stakeholders, to bring innovative ideas to life and deliver high-quality products.

Utilize your expertise in Flutter and related technologies to contribute hands-on to development tasks when necessary, ensuring the team's success.

Help with craftin the architectural vision for our software engineering platform, designed for use in both physical products and mobile apps. The platform will be developed using Flutter for the frontend and Go microservices for the backend, hosted in Azure. You will lead this effort, ensuring it is well-structured, maintainable, and scalable.

What We're Looking For:

Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing software architectures that are maintainable and scalable.

Proficiency in applying SOLID Design Principles to improve software design and maintainability.

A track record of advocating for clean, well-structured code that is easy to maintain and extend.

Proven commitment to advocating and implementing clean architecture design principles, ensuring software systems are modular, maintainable, and adaptable to evolving requirements.

Ability to stay current with emerging software architectural trends and technologies, adapting them to the organization's needs while upholding best practices in software design.

Technical Know-How We Love:

Proficiency in Flutter for frontend development.

Familiarity with efficient communication using gRPC.

Experience with Go for backend and microservices development.

Knowledge of MIDI for musical application and hardware integration.
