Then look no further. Our Student Assistant position is the right job for you! Satair, an Airbus Services Company located in Copenhagen, is currently looking for a Student Assistant (in average 15- 20 hours per week - flexible considering your study schedule) to join our Export Control & Customs department. As our new Student Assistant, you will be part of a dynamic and international team of 10 colleagues, where you will have the opportunity to make a difference. The team works with interpreting, implementing and guiding on legislation within export control and customs clearing, areas which are crucial to the company. The start date is flexible, but we would like to have you in the team as soon as possible. The position will be located in Kastrup, Denmark.

Key responsibilities You will be supporting the Export Control & Customs team in Copenhagen on data handling and updating of Google Sheets, and other administrative tasks as well depending on interest.

Your tasks will include Supplier contact & follow-up

Compiling Master data on products and Export control classifications

Master Data analyzes & cleaning

Preparation of files for data upload

Reporting on team objectives

Providing ad hoc support to the team

Requirements you are enrolled as a student

Preferably an experienced user within Google Suite

are structured and analytical

speak and write English fluently

are an independent team player – and can identify tasks and assist where needed
