Trainee Crane Operator

As a Trainee Crane Operator you will receive hands‑on training and instruction on how to operate various types of cranes in a safe and efficient manner You will work closely with experienced crane operators and learn the necessary skills to become a fully qualified crane operator This is an entry‑level position ideal for someone who is interested in pursuing a career in the construction or logistics industry

Responsibilities Learn and understand all safety procedures for operating cranes

Assist experienced operators in setting up and maneuvering cranes on job sites

Observe and learn how to operate different types of cranes including tower mobile and overhead cranes

Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced operators to ensure safe operation of the crane

Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning

Requirements High school diploma or equivalent education

Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects as needed

Willingness to work in various weather conditions and at different heights

Good hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness

Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment

No previous experience required training will be provided
