Unity Developer

Location Aarhus Denmark

We are seeking a skilled Unity Developer to join our team in Aarhus. As a Unity Developer you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality interactive games and applications for various platforms. Your primary focus will be on developing code and implementing game functionality, translating design ideas, concepts and requirements into functional and engaging experiences.

Responsibilities Develop code in C and use the Unity engine to create immersive gaming experiences

Implement game functionality as per design specifications

Collaborate with designers to ensure that gameplay mechanics align with the intended vision

Work closely with artists to integrate art assets into the game engine

Optimize game performance for different platforms including PC, mobile and console

Debug and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner

Keep up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends

Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Unity Developer or similar role

Proficient in C programming language and knowledge of object-oriented programming principles

Experience working with the Unity engine and its various systems physics UI animation

Strong understanding of game development principles gameplay mechanics level design user interface

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Good communication skills in English Danish proficiency is a plus
