The Impact You'll Make At Danfoss Drives, quality is critical to delivering world-class frequency converters that customers rely on every day. As our new Quality Engineer, you will help ensure our products and processes consistently meet the highest standards.

You will play a key role in identifying root causes, solving complex quality challenges, and driving improvements across our manufacturing environment. Your work will have a direct impact on product reliability, operational performance, and customer satisfaction.

Working in a collaborative quality team, you will partner with colleagues across production, engineering, testing, and service while developing your expertise in a high-tech electronics manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Be Doing Lead structured problem-solving activities using 8D, Root Cause Analysis, and other quality tools to eliminate quality issues and prevent recurrence

Analyze quality data and trends to identify improvement opportunities and support fact-based decision-making

Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen process stability, improve product quality, and reduce the cost of poor quality

Facilitate PFMEA activities and risk assessments to build robust manufacturing processes and proactively manage risk

Collaborate with teams across production, test, engineering, and service to resolve product, process, and component-related quality challenges

What We’re Looking For A degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field

Experience in quality engineering, manufacturing engineering, test engineering, or a similar role in a production environment

Hands-on experience with 8D, Root Cause Analysis, Ishikawa, or comparable problem-solving methodologies

Experience with PFMEA and structured risk assessment methods

Professional communication skills in both Danish and English , written and spoken
