As a Barista you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to customers This role requires experience in a similar position as well as excellent customer service skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment This is a temporary position located in the city of Vejle and accommodation is provided We also offer visa sponsorship for non-local candidates
Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold drinks based on customer preferences
Educate customers about our coffee beans brewing methods and other products
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure health and safety standards are met
Handle cash transactions with accuracy and provide excellent customer service
Follow all company policies and procedures regarding food safety cleanliness and customer service
Requirements Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role
Knowledge of different coffee beans brewing methods and latte art is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
Must be able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail with the ability to follow recipes accurately
Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
