We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Roofer Supervisor to join our team in Kolding. As a Roofer Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day activities of a team of roofers. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per week.
Responsibilities Supervise and direct the work of a team of roofers
Assign tasks and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner
Inspect work to ensure quality and adherence to safety standards
Train new employees on roofing techniques and safety procedures
Order materials and supplies as needed for projects
Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress
Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during roofing projects
Requirements Minimum of 3 years experience in roofing
Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
Strong knowledge of different roofing materials, tools and techniques
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards
Physically fit and able to work at heights
