Contract Construction Manager

City Aalborg Denmark We are in need of a skilled and experienced Contract Construction Manager to join our team in Aalborg Denmark As a Contract Construction Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time within budget and to the required quality standards

Responsibilities Develop and maintain project schedules budgets and resources

Coordinate with architects engineers contractors and other stakeholders

Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations

Oversee the bidding process for subcontractors and suppliers

Monitor progress and performance of contractors to ensure work is being completed as per schedule and budget

Conduct regular site visits to inspect work in progress and identify any potential issues or delays

Maintain accurate records of all project activities including cost tracking and change orders

Communicate with clients regarding project updates changes or issues that may arise

Ensure compliance with safety regulations on job sites

Requirements Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field

Minimum of 3 years experience in construction management

Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to read blueprints and understand technical documents

Proficient in project management software

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Salary We are offering a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position
