Danish Customer Care - On-Site Role at Mercedes in Crete

Your Responsibilities

Assist Danish-speaking customers with inquiries about vehicles, services, and accounts

Handle interactions via phone, chat, and email professionally and efficiently

Troubleshoot customer issues and provide accurate solutions

Maintain high standards of service quality and follow internal procedures

Participate in paid training and onboarding before starting full production

Work on-site in Crete and adapt to flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends

Requirements

Fluent Danish (spoken and written, near-native level preferred)

Good English skills (B2)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong multitasking abilities and computer literacy (Windows, MS Office, online tools)

Team player with the ability to work independently

Flexible and willing to work late shifts or weekends

Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required

Interest in cars, premium brands, or automotive services is a bonus
