We are looking for an experienced and talented Architecture Manager to join our team in Randers. As the Architecture Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all architectural projects within our company. You will work closely with our designers, engineers and other team members to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities Oversee all architectural projects from conception to completion
Develop project plans, timelines and budgets
Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
Coordinate with designers, engineers, contractors and other team members to ensure seamless collaboration
Review and approve project designs and plans
Ensure that all projects comply with building codes and regulations
Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise
Manage project budgets by tracking expenses and making cost-effective decisions
Communicate project updates to stakeholders including clients, management and other relevant parties
Requirements Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field
Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural project management
Proven track record of successfully completing multiple architectural projects
Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
Excellent communication skills
Strong leadership abilities
