Profession Restaurant Manager City Esbjerg Denmark We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at our restaurant in Esbjerg Denmark As an integral part of our team you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure exceptional customer service and overall success
Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurants daily operations
Train and supervise staff to maintain high levels of customer service and efficiency
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Create and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
Ensure compliance with health safety and hygiene regulations
Develop and maintain relationships with local vendors for sourcing high-quality ingredients
Manage budget and financial reports for the restaurant
Requirements Previous experience in a similar role as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager is preferred but not required
Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Knowledge of inventory management cost control and budgeting procedures
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Must have a valid biometric passport
Must be able to work full-time with flexible hours
