Executive Chef - Aalborg, Denmark

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Executive Chef to join our team in Aalborg Denmark As the Executive Chef you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant kitchen from menu planning and food preparation to managing kitchen staff and ensuring high-quality food is consistently delivered to our customers

Responsibilities Plan and create menus that are aligned with our restaurants concept and customer preferences

Manage food inventory and order supplies as needed

Oversee the preparation cooking and presentation of all dishes to ensure high standards are met

Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques portion control sanitation procedures etc

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times

Collaborate with the restaurant manager to develop cost-effective strategies for menu items

Ensure that all food safety regulations are being followed at all times

Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into menu items when appropriate

Requirements Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant setting

Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team

Experience in menu planning and creating new dishes while also maintaining classic favorites

In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen operations

Excellent time-management skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Creative mindset with a passion for culinary excellence

Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed

Salary We offer a competitive salary of $900 per week for this full-time position
