Job Title Online Consultant - Vejle Denmark As an Online Consultant in Vejle Denmark you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through various online platforms

Your main role will be to assist customers with their inquiries and concerns as well as offer product knowledge and recommendations

You will work closely with the sales team to help increase online sales and improve customer satisfaction

Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through online channels such as email chat or social media

Provide accurate and timely information about products or services to customers

Assist in processing online orders and resolving any order issues

Monitor online reviews and respond to any negative feedback in a professional manner

Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for increasing online sales

Continuously update product knowledge to better assist customers

Help develop and improve customer service processes for online channels

Requirements High school diploma or equivalent college degree preferred

Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Familiarity with various online platforms such as email chat social media etc

Ability to multitask and handle multiple inquiries at once

Strong problem-solving skills

Fluent in English proficiency in other languages is a plus

Must have a biometric passport or ability to obtain one

Must be legally able to work in Denmark

Salary Starting salary for this position is 1400$ per month Salary may increase based on performance and experience
