Entry-Level Baker

As an entry-level baker you will be responsible for assisting in the production and preparation of baked goods in our bakery located in Horsens You will assist in mixing ingredients operating baking equipment and monitoring the baking process This role is open to individuals without prior experience as training will be provided However strong attention to detail and a passion for baking is required

Key Responsibilities Assist in mixing ingredients according to recipes

Operate baking equipment such as ovens mixers and proofing boxes

Monitor the baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection

Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment

Assist with packaging and labeling of baked goods

Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Learn new recipes and techniques under the guidance of experienced bakers

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements No prior experience required but a passion for baking is a must

Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends as needed

Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately

Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds

Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure

Must be legally allowed to work in Horsens or have visa sponsorship

Education High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Any additional education or training related to baking is a plus

Salary Starting salary of 1500$ per month with potential for growth based on performance
